So, as u know, I’ve been in Sardinia on the beginning of this crazy quarter of hot and sticky months. Breaking up the karmic neats. Getting over it. Asana. Pink Hair. Changes. New People. New vibes. Great Music.. Some emotional experience and vibes you can easily feel on my late post:
That post was my Mantra. Mantra for love. Mantra for Healing, Positive Energy, Peace and Harmony. It worked, as much as Mantra can help u. Your own Pray. Its like a Dream to me. Or as Mamma Madonna says: When you call my name it’s like a little prayer.. I wanna take u there..
So, beginning of breaking up those Karmic neats, were placed in Sardinia. Coordinates were around: 39°15′N 09°03′E . This is the story what my Sardinia trip was really about.
My dear friend Richard Hartley reporter from DailyMail.co.uk made a great text about our friend Samuele Serreli’s and his wife Sara Ho, Beach club, Is Fradis, on that trip. I was in charge for the photographs. We were enjoying great food, wine, music and most of all my dear London gang.
Here are some samples from Daily Mail:
Believe it or not, there are still many parts of the Mediterranean that are relatively untouched despite being popular holiday destinations.
This includes a quiet little corner of south east Sardinia where Samuele Serreli has launched the Is Fradis beach club.
Set among a woodland of eucalyptus trees and next to a white sandy beach and inspired by Ibiza, it’s the perfect place to chill out with a spritz.
On the first evening at the club in Castiadas – about an hour from Cagliari Airport – we were treated to an incredible dinner cooked by Samuele’s brother and head chef Matteo.
He’s got a sister restaurant (also called Is Fradis) in the island’s capital, Cagliari, so his seafood and fish dishes are not just as fresh as they can be, but made with a great amount of care and dedication.
My other partner in crime Deborah Arthurs wrote a text for Metro.co.uk
Ibiza’s fun. Mykonos is beautiful.
But you know which island has fun, beauty and so much more – and comes with zero risk of ending up in San Antonio gurning at the sunrise?
Yoga on the beach, morning coffee overlooking the turquoise shimmering sea, lunchtime Aperol spritz in giant fishbowl glasses: Is Fradis has got the the detox-retoxconcept down.
The area is becoming a home-from-home for low-key party people and Ibiza regulars seeking a toned down version of island life too. Is Fradis saw legendary Ibiza DJ Bushwacka play the opening party in June.
